This doc describes the Control2's data messages

A user asked me to post some sysx messages that will change model types.
Note that assignment links and CCs cannot do this.

The following message will request the current delay model's type
F0 00 00 10 00 5F 01 40 00 07 40 0F 46 F7

If the current delay is type "tape delay" then the gsp1101 will respond with the following message
F0 00 00 10 00 5F 01 41 08 07 40 0F 02 04 20 69 F7

You can send this message to change the type, e.g. manually change to the digital delay then send
F0 00 00 10 00 5F 01 41 08 07 40 0F 02 04 20 69 F7
The response should be: F0 00 00 10 00 5F 01 7E 00 41 71 F7 (this is an acknowlege that all is good)
The delay type should now be back to "tape delay"

You can use this procedure to get all delay types. In fact, you can use this for any parameter
as long as you know what the request message is. There is also a message for requesting a preset
and a bulk dump (i.e. a backup file like in x-edit).
