There is a bug when using X-Edit that can cause serious problems.
This bug is in every product since the RP250.
Manually switching to another preset after dragging a user preset to a new location
using X-Edit. The new preset may be unstable.

The X-Edit bug is fixed in the latest versions

Below are links to the beta versions for the GSP1101
No one knows if these versions will be released by DigiTech, again use these beta versions at your own risk
The version numbers displayed on the GSP1101 indicates that it is a beta version and not an official version

The updater will perform a factory reset after it is done downloading

Other updater notes:

If you stop an update (power glitch, plug pulled, etc.) you should power cycle your unit before restarting the updater app.
If you stop an update near the end (usually indicated by the display twirling around) you should also restart everything
but you should also make sure that you run the same updater, if you select a different version to download your unit
may fail when it is powered cycled. DON'T PANIC, you may be able to recover from this by forcing the unit into
an update mode. You do this by:
hold down the "tuner" button while powering on, you should see "UPDATE" on your display

You can also get this from digitech.com

If you are having problems updating the GSP1101, hold the "tuner" down while powering on
You should get a display showing "UPDATE" on your unit, if not then it's toast
and most likely needs the EEPROM replaced, if you stopped an update near the end then the
display showing "UPDATE" will not be shown, go ahead and start the update anyway.
